Mallorca

On account of this unique light, many painters have been attracted to Mallorca. Turquasblue bays, weather-beaten masonry and a versatile vegetation inspire to a creative work.

Cala St. Vicente - The july-course occurs in Cala St. Vicente, convenient in the north west.  Pollenca with his picturesque alleys and a lively Sunday market, is about 15 minutes away by bus. Gnarled pine trees, small bays with crystal clear water  and weathered stoned walls offer us an abundance of motifs at close hand. The  small romantic hostal with approx. 30 rooms is run by a local family. The fine  sand beach is about 150 meters away.

Program

Aim is it to catch essential impression of the landscape and to develop an  own expression. Nature- and detail studies deliver the impulses for a  transmission to abstraction and reduction. Complementary interaction of colours,  lines, rhythms and structures are themes, with which we are concerned in the nature as well as by the free translation Various techniques such as  watercolours, mix with chalk, are inserted for this.

The instruction times amount approx. 5 hours a day with a longer lunch time.

watercolour-box, watercolourpad ,brushes of your  choice, chalks, pencils, watertank, gouache-white.
